Mr. McCarthy has 24 years experience in the design and supervision of a wide range of sustainable environmentally-friendly real estate projects in the UK, Africa, Asia and the Middle East including 20 years spent as a senior structural engineer leading the structural design in a top multi-disciplined engineering group. He works freely between engineering disciplines, in the pursuit for knowledge and understanding of the interaction between hard and soft environmental technology.

Like ACL , sustainability is core to Mr. McCarthy’s work in developing buildings, towns and cities engineered for a more sustainable future.

Gbenga Oyebode has been the Managing Partner of Aluko & Oyebode (Barristers, Solicitors & Trademark Agents) since 1993. He heads the firm’s corporate and energy practice areas and has significant experience in project finance, corporate law, energy and natural resources, telecommunications and aviation law.

Over the years, Mr. Eleso has developed a reputation as one of Africa's leading authorities in the acquisition and/or restructuring of telecommunication companies especially in the Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) space. As the current Managing Director of Capcom, he led a multi-million dollar consortium that has acquired and is repositioning 3 of Nigeria's leading CDMA operators:- MTS First Wireless, Starcomms PLC and Multlinks.

Prior to Capcom, Mr. Eleso was appointed CEO of Multilinks in 2011 to turnaround the company. From 2008-2009, Vodafone Qatar appointed him to head their technology department and was tasked with creating a regulatory framework to support Qatar's burgeoning telecomms sector. From 2005-2007, Mr. Eleso was appointed CEO/MD of MTS First Wirless to turn around the debt-ridden CDMA.

As Chief Technology Officer for MTN Nigeria Limited, Nigeria's #1 telecomms company, between 2001-2005, Mr. Eleso spearheaded the conception, design, planning of the DWDM fibre optic backbone that stretches over 7,000+ kilometers.

Mr. Eleso has had extremely successful stints at Cellnet UK (Senior Manager), Vodafone in Spain (Director of Technology & Business Development) and Airtouch International in San Francisco, US.

Mr. Eleso holds a B.Eng from Liverpool JM University and MSc in Digital Communication Systems from Loughborough University UK.

He is currently Chairman of ConSol Limited, the leading independent Contact/Call Center service provider in Nigeria. ConSol provides the 767/112 National Service response in Lagos State.
